The note at the beginning makes me hopeful that good news is afoot. - Shrike
Me too. Really hoping for the contracts to be done in the next couple days. Carchidi stated that they're working on a longer deal Provy (I think he said 6 yrs).

I didn't realize Farabee also plays RW. That could make things interesting in the future. |

He's been primarily a LW but is playing RW in Rookie Camp with Ratcliffe on the left. Frost will probably get moved to a wing, at least some of the time, in main camp. |

Anyone going to the game? Last rookie game I went to was when we played the Caps and a slew of their players were trying to take runs at Morin. Not surprising we found another team to play against. |

I know it's been said before, but the alliteration names of the 2019 dudes + Wylie are amazing.

Hey Bill, don’t know if you have already answered this, but has Strome’s skating looked improved in the rookie camp compared to when he was drafted? I remember that being a ‘?’ to his game translating to the NHL level. |

I’m going, normally I wouldn’t even be slightly interested. A chance to see Frost, Farabee, Ratcliffe on a line is making the trip worth it. Looking forward to seeing Sandstrom as well. |

Why is Mikhail Vorobyev so far down the lineup playing with guys who won’t play much |

It has improved. Worked hard this summer on it. I tweeted about it the other day. Charlie did a feature on the Athletic about the topic |

Because you're not going to play him above Frost or Rubtsov and Bunnaman is being rewarded for a good rookie season for LV last year. |

The isles have a good farm system as well. This should be a good game. Not a ton of depth in the Flyers D in this lineup. I wish York was able to attend and play. |

Went last year. It was a good fun game. No cheap shots or overly physical either |

Just give me all of ratcliffe-frost-farabee, inject it into my veins, etc etc etc. it would be something if in two years this is our 2nd line with the big club. 5 years down the road they become one of the best lines in Hockey. 10 years down the road they are all Gdfathers to each others children. 20 years down the line all 3 of their jerseys are retired by the Flyers. 25 years down the road all are enshrined in the same HOF ceremony.
what a ride.... |

Ivan Fedotov is off to a stellar start in the KHL, crazy how deep the goalie pipeline is nowadays. |
